Terms of Service
These terms govern the use of NialSoft, software provided by Anto International Consulting, LLC, 16192 Coastal Hwy, Lewes, DE 19958, United States.
1. Service
NialSoft is a cloud CRM for aesthetic clinics offered on subscription: appointments, patient records, sales and invoicing, a shared inbox for WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger, social media publishing and lead management.
2. Accounts
The clinic is responsible for its users, for keeping their credentials secure and for the data it enters. Only authorised staff may use the clinic's account.
3. Connected accounts
The clinic may connect only Facebook Pages, Instagram accounts and WhatsApp numbers that it owns or is authorised to manage, and must comply with Meta's terms and policies, including messaging rules and the 24-hour window. The clinic can disconnect them at any time.
4. Acceptable use
NialSoft may not be used to send spam, to contact people without a legal basis, or for any unlawful purpose.
5. Data
The clinic owns its data. We process it as described in the Privacy Policy, and the clinic can export it or ask us to delete it.
6. Fees and termination
Fees are agreed with each clinic. Either party may end the subscription with 30 days' notice.
7. Liability
We provide the service with reasonable care but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Our liability is limited to the fees paid in the previous 12 months, except where the law does not allow such a limit.
