Clinics
A clinic can disconnect its Facebook Page, Instagram account or WhatsApp number from NialSoft at any time. We then stop receiving data from that account and delete its access tokens. You can also remove NialSoft from your Facebook account under Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations. To delete all of the clinic's data, write to ceo@antoconsulting.com from the account owner's email; we delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.
People who messaged a clinic
If you wrote to a clinic that uses NialSoft and want your messages or data deleted, ask that clinic, or email ceo@antoconsulting.com with the clinic's name and your username or phone number. We will pass the request to the clinic and confirm the deletion within 30 days.
